Open Water Swimming
Lake Swim
22 Acres of beautiful clear lake water in a perfect setting with tree lined shores and an abundance of wildlife in the private grounds of Moorelake, this is what you will find at one of our open water swim sessions. As well as a fun friendly vibrant atmosphere that welcomes all!
We have an anti slip walkway into the lake alongside the rest jetty and cold shower rinse, two courses are available one of 500m and the other shorter course of 250m with a rest point midway if required.
Safety is top priority, we only have a maximum of 40 swimmers in the lake at any time. Our check in and out tag system upon entry and exit of the water is aimed at knowing who is in the water at all times, safety crew with paddleboards and a jet ski on standby for assistance.
Every swimmer must use a swim float and be capable of swimming the distance of the course. For full regulations and our acknowledgement and disclaimer please contact us prior to your first swim or book here .
Complimentary Hot Chocolate drink (please bring your own mug) and on site free parking.
All our swims are pre-booked and swimmers must complete a registration form prior to the first swim, this is automatically done when using the Gymcast booking method below.
Session cost £7.50
Payments are non-refundable unless we have to cancel the session.

Saturdays 10.30am - 11.30am
